The COVID-19 Pandemic has changed the work-life entirely. It
is easy to work in-house because there are no family distractions. You are
solely at a place to work, and once the time is over, you do not have to worry
about that office work anymore until the next day starts.
However, now your home is your office. There are family
distractions; you have to manage household chores simultaneously, meet office
deadlines, and deal with other side distractions too.
Here are a few tips that you can follow to increase
productivity while working in isolation.
Know that everyone works differently
Everyone has a different way of working; some can work
efficiently at the office while others find more peace in working from home. No
matter where you are working does not compare yourself with others. Focus on
self-growth.
Do not feel guilty for not being able to manage time
You are working in a pandemic, do not think of yourself as
any less. You might not be able to manage all the tasks as efficiently as you
were able to do in the office. However, sooner or later, you will also learn to
manage everything properly.
Take out time to give quality time to your family
Just because you are at your house doesn’t mean the time you
are giving to your family is good quality time. Your family needs and deserves
your time the most. Make sure you are not only present at your house; rather,
your presence is even making a positive change.
Make time for yourself
Other than taking out time for everyone, you must take out
some time for yourself as well. Watch a good movie, go for a walk or exercise
at home. Choose whatever means possible, but do not keep yourself as the last
priority.

Last but not least, stay calm. At times we all stumble, but
hard times help us to grow. Staying calm will not only help in releasing
stress, but you will also be able to manage all tasks, including office and
