How Have Different Brands Changed Their Logos To Support Social Distancing?
The effects of coronavirus have severely hit the masses.
Thousands of people around the world have died, and above five hundred thousand
have been affected by this virus. The best way to lower the risk of catching
this disease is by creating social distancing.
As doctors and governments are continuously telling people
to self-isolate themselves and adopt social distancing, many famous brands have
also stepped forward in the ground to play their part in spreading awareness.
Nike, Coca Cola, McDonald's, and several other brands have changed their logo design amid the pandemic outbreak to promote social distancing.
McDonald's
In order to promote social distancing, McDonald's Brazil
pulled apart its golden arches. Moreover, most of the brands' outlets have
stopped their dine-in services. However, drive-thru and take away are still in
order.
Nike
Nike did not make a change in its iconic logo design. But it
launched different campaigns to spread awareness about social distancing. The brand
posted images asking people to become a hero by staying at home.
Audi
The world-famous car selling brand Audi also made a change
in its logo design. In a recent video post, the brand showcased its four rings,
that are interconnected in their logo, placed at a distance to promote social
distancing.
Volkswagen
Just like Audi, Volkswagen has also added space within its
iconic logo. We can see a clear distance between the letters V and W to promote
social distancing.
Coco-Cola
Coca Cola is also playing its part. This century-old brand promoted
social distancing on a Times Square Billboard. Each letter of the brand is
placed at some distance from others to give people a clear message of social
distancing.
